Welcome to the brand new 201 Green blog space. Along with our freshly minted web site, we’ve also added a blog page. Here we can answer FAQs and point out all of the great features and potential of 201 Green and it’s exciting Northern Liberties surroundings.

While the residential units are beginning to fill up, the first thing I’d like to discuss is the vision we have for our penthouse units. At the moment, we have plans and renderings for two luxury penthouses on the roof of the existing structure. In the PENTHOUSE section of the site, you can browse plans and information to get an idea of the views and extraordinary interior spaces and outdoor terraces. Just recently, we had a call from a potential buyer asking if they could combine the two penthouses into one. To that we say a resounding YES! In fact, we took the time to offer a customization link so you can view the two units as one SUPER PENTHOUSE. Now, we know we’re shooting the moon in our very first blog post, that’s because we’re excited about this possibility and we just had to share. We’ve posted the plans below for a quick look.
